per·sist
pərˈsist/
verb

  • continue firmly or obstinately in an opinion or a course of action in spite of difficulty, opposition, or failure.

  • continue to exist; be prolonged.

To “persist” is one of the most powerful things any of us can do. It’s standing strong in the face of hardship. It’s getting back up after we’ve taken a bruising fall. And it’s continuing to fight for what’s right, even after everyone else has moved onto the next big thing.

Persisting is never giving up. It’s standing by our core beliefs and values and never letting anyone take us off course.

When we persist, we define success on our own terms. And we say when we’re done.

And guess what?

We’re not done. We have a lot of unfinished business. And we intend to finish it.
